Exchange & Return Policy
All product(s) sold will go through a quality check before they are sent for delivery. We are happy to exchange your purchase(s) within 3 working days of receipt, should you need a change in the rare case of a manufacturing defect or incorrect item received. Kindly email us at email@example.com and affix the photo of the defect or incorrect item(s).
All items (except sale merchandise) for exchange must be returned within 3 working days of receipt in its new and unused condition with packaging/tags/labels in place and proof of purchase. Please note that shipping costs incurred will be borne by the customer for all exchanges. Little Cozyio will not accept exchanges of item(s) that have been used, damaged, washed, worn and/or garment tags removed.
All sale items are non-exchangeable.
Please be advised that shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any further charges incurred upon the exchange of the item(s) are to be borne by the customer.
