How will I receive my order?
We ship out all the orders placed on our website by postage or courier mode. You may select your preferred shipping mode during checkout. Please take note that at this point in time, we are unable to attend to request for self-collection of orders placed.
What are the shipping modes & rates?
Little Cozyio aims to process and ship out all orders within 3 business days of receiving your order and/or payment. You will be automatically notified by email once your order is shipped out.
a) SingPost normal mail
We currently offer FREE SingPost normal mail to a local (Singapore) address. Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to reach you, once it is shipped out.
Please be informed that for orders sent by Singpost Normal Mail, Little Cozyio shall not in any case be liable for any loss of package, as tracking is not available. As such, Singpost Registered Mail or Courier option is highly recommended as tracking option will be available.
b) SingPost registered mail
We currently offer SingPost registered mail at S$2.30 to a local (Singapore) address. We provide FREE SHIPPING to all addresses in Singapore via SingPost registered mail for nett purchase S$120 and above. Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to reach you, once it is shipped out.
c) Local Courier
For shipping within Singapore island, courier is FREE for nett purchase S$120 and above, otherwise a flat fee of S$6.00 will be applicable. Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to reach you, once it is shipped out.
Please note that delivery leadtime provided is an estimate. Occasionally, delivery leadtime may be longer due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. As such we do seek your kind understanding in the event such situation happens. Please also allow a buffer for possible delivery delays during peak periods.
Can I change my shipping address once order has been dispatched?
Shipping addresses cannot be modified once an order has been dispatched. Therefore please ensure that you provide a suitable shipping address. Please note that Little Cozyio is unable to deliver to post office boxes or freight forwarding addresses as all online orders must be signed for by the order recipient at the time of delivery.
Which countries does Little Cozyio ship to?
Little Cozyio currently provides shipping within Singapore and internationally. For international destinations, shipping rates is dependent on the weight of your order and the rates are available after adding the item(s) into your shopping cart. Please allow 7-15 business days for your order to reach you, once it is shipped out. If you have any queries on international shipping, please complete and submit Little Cozyio’s online Contact Form.
Does Little Cozyio ship to multiple addresses?
Currently, Little Cozyio does not accommodate same-order shipping to multiple addresses (you may only specify one shipping address per order). If you intend to purchase multiple items with a view to having them shipped to multiple addresses, you should submit a separate order for each respective shipping address.
Do I need to sign for my order?
Yes, all orders must be signed for by the order recipient at the time of delivery, except for SingPost normal mail. Little Cozyio’s delivery service provider will not release any packages without a signature.
Will I have to pay customs/import duties and taxes on my order?
Little Cozyio does not include any customs duties or taxes in your total bill, and is unable to advise you on the amount of duties or taxes which may be levied by the customs authority in the destination country of your order. Custom charges vary from country to country. If you require information on duties or taxes which may be imposed on your order, you should contact the customs authority in the destination country of your order. Little Cozyio does not bear responsibility for any charges levied.
Please note that the recipient of your order (whether you or a third party) will be liable for any duties and taxes which the customs authority in the destination country of your order may impose. Little Cozyio’s shipping service provider may initially pay applicable duties and taxes on the recipient’s behalf, with such amounts to be reimbursed by the recipient to the shipping service provider at the time of delivery. If such reimbursement is not made, the shipping service provider may withhold the package. In the event that the recipient does not pay the duties or taxes levied by the relevant customs authority, the order may be returned to Little Cozyio, and Little Cozyio reserves the right to deduct from any amounts credited to the customer the applicable duties and taxes together with shipping charges on both the outbound and return shipment from the amount paid for the online order.
