ORDERING AND PAYMENT

How do I know if an item is in stock?
Unless otherwise indicated, all items displayed on our website are in-stock. Whilst every effort is made to ensure that stock levels are accurate, we cannot, and do not, guarantee that all items displayed on our website are in stock. In the unlikely event that an item which is listed as being available is out-of-stock, a notification e-mail will be sent to you and Little Cozyio will credit the PayPal or bank account which was used for your online purchase. Little Cozyio reserves the right to cancel orders which we have no immediate ability to fulfill due the unavailability of an item.

If an item is out-of-stock, can I put my name down on a waiting list?
If you would like to be notified once an item has been restocked, please complete and submit Little Cozyio's online Contact Form and we will notify you when the item is back in stock. Little Cozyio does not guarantee and makes no warranty, that the items displayed on our website will be restocked once sold out.

Can I pay for my order in a currency other than Singapore Dollars?
All of Little Cozyio's online orders will be billed in Singapore Dollars, as displayed at check out at the time of purchase. Unfortunately, we do not accept payment in another currency.

What payment methods does Little Cozyio accept?
Little Cozyio accepts major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard and American Express) and payments made through PayPal accounts. Payment will be debited from your account at the time of submitting your online order.

You can also transfer the money via Internet Banking or ATM transfer directly to our POSB Current bank account.

Will my credit card details remain safe and secure?
Little Cozyio uses PayPal as its payment gateway, where PayPal has security measures in place which are designed to keep your credit card information safe and secure. All of Little Cozyio's online transactions are processed by PayPal. Little Cozyio is not privy to your personal credit card information; hence Little Cozyio does not see or store your credit card details.

How will I know if Little Cozyio has received my order?
An order confirmation email will be sent to you following Little Cozyio's receipt of your order. The email does not indicate Little Cozyio's acceptance of your order, but indicates our receipt of your order. Should any of the items you have ordered be unavailable, we will contact you by email and will credit your credit card or PayPal/bank account (as the case may be) for the item(s) not in-stock. We will also credit your credit card, PayPal account or bank account for any resulting reduction in shipping expenses.

Did my order go through if I did not receive an order confirmation after I placed an order?
If you are quite sure that you have placed your order, please check your spam/junk box to see if your order confirmation email was filtered there by your email server.

Can I modify an existing order by adding or removing certain items?
Unfortunately you cannot modify an existing order by adding or removing certain items. You will need to cancel your entire order provided it has not been dispatched and place a new order which captures all the items you require.

Why I did not receive a reply to my enquiry?
We aim to respond to all enquiries submitted to us on Little Cozyio's online Contact Form within 2 business days. If you do not hear from us during this time frame, it may be that our email to you has been filtered to your spam/junk box by your email provider’s server.

Is my personal information kept private?
The supply of your personal information is necessary to enable Little Cozyio to process and deliver your orders for Products, to provide superior service and to engage in promotional and marketing communications with you.

The security of your personal information is important to Little Cozyio and we have taken precautions to ensure that your personal information is secure from any unauthorised parties.

Little Cozyio uses PayPal as its main payment gateway. As such, Little Cozyio is not in a position to see or retain your personal credit card information.

Little Cozyio sends regular emails regarding promotional offers and product updates. To subscribe, you may sign up on the "newsletter" which appears at the bottom left of each of our website pages.

How do I unsubscribe from Little Cozyio's mailing list?
